Our 45 minutes Hummingbird classes Introduce your young ones to the world of gymnastics with a fun focus on balance, form, and shapes just right for their young minds and bodies.

In these sessions children enjoy the fundamentals of gymnastics through circuits and stations with a focus on shapes, body awareness and confidence building.

Our new Competitive Teams as of Sept 2024:
Gymnasts who consistently exude Confidence, Commitment, Character and respect for self and others, and who have shown greater growth, are invited to train an additional 2 - 9 hours a week. These sessions ask more of the gymnasts with additional techniques, higher skills, mental and physical conditioning, while enjoying themselves and building strong relationships through competitions.
